The signs of infidelity which a spouse gives will be of the utmost importance when it comes to catching them cheating on you.  It will be what first gives you the indication that something else might be going on.  Of course, suspicions themselves are not enough.  Half of the men who think their spouses are cheating on them are correct.  For the women who think they are being cheated on, 85% of them are correct.

Both sexes are equally prone to cheat their spouses.  It all depends on whats on their mind and what they are going through.  Extra marital affairs can start at any place- gym, work, pubs, shopping centres.  Any place where the spouse is not around.  These are just common myths, they may not be true.  So be careful.  But if things are not going well for a long time and not going back to normal like before, then its serious.  This is a sign of infidelity.

If your spouse is suddenly spending time away from the house when he or she never has before, that can be a warning sign. Your husband might start taking a lot of fishing trips, even though he never expressed an interest before. Your wife might begin going away with her girlfriends a lot, even though she never wanted to prior to this point. These are places where it is hard to contact the person visiting.

When your spouse starts acting inexplicably secretive, that can be very suspicious. For example, if he or she will not let you see what is on the computer screen or makes a point of being on the computer when you are not around, you might want to look into it. One of the surest signs of infidelity is an influx of phone calls which your spouse feels the need to take privately.

Extra charges can be a major indicator as well.  If there are purchases on credit cards that your spouse can’t explain, this can be a major clue that something is going on.  This is often a better way to catch someone than having a scent of someone else’s cologne or perfume on your spouse’s clothes.

No matter which signs of infidelity you glimpse in your own life, you need to be careful. You should never confront your spouse unless you are one hundred percent sure that he or she has actually been unfaithful. It may hurt to get that proof, but it will be better for both of you in the long run.
