child custody transportation
Should I take my ex to court for full custody?

My ex-wife and I have been divorced for 2 years. She moves around a 45 minutes from where we live now. We have 3 children 17, 15 and 13. Our divorce decree stated specifically that children should remain in the school district we live now. It awaits our 17 y / o son to provide transportation to and from school and school functions every day for him and two other children. The road you must follow to get to school is a two-state highway lane asphalt and very curved. I am very worried that something might happen to them so far to drive every day. Am I right to be concerned and I have good grounds to ask for full custody? I just want you Monday – Friday, so they can go to any school security. No can have a weekend if you want. I currently pays $ 400/month for child support, which is quite reasonable, even if I have 50% of the time.

According standards in the district where I teach, the principal guardian must reside in the district or have to pay duty on district enrollment. So if the custodian primary and neighborhood are retired, their children can not be allowed to attend in this district this year (which usually allowed to complete the current academic year, even if you move outside the district). It is reasonable to think that 17 years of age, surely must provide all transportation for the 15 and 13 years for the rest of the year school. I ask him to reconsider his motion, then yes, if they refuse to stay with me during the week to facilitate the carriage, I would ask the base of the guard residence (at least during the week) or full custody.
